DELIVERY MANAGER
APPLICATION
Delivery Manager provides
operators with an intuitive on-air playlist management application
that is easy-to-learn and use. Delivery Manager unifies all the
processes necessary to flawlessly deliver multi-channel content by
streamlining a station's workflow and optimizing operator
effectiveness. Using a single screen an operator can plan, modify,
monitor, interact, and audit the activity for multiple on-air
channels. Delivery Manager orchestrates multi-channel, multi-path
delivery of content from single channel commercial insertion to
complex multi-channel central casting operations.
Designed for intuitive and flexible on-air schedule management,
operators can customize the appearance of the window and what
information is displayed. It allows changes to the on-air schedules up
to the last minute; users can cut, copy, paste, drag and drop events
into the on-air schedule, add or modify components such as GPIs, and
interact with on-air events to start, skip or re-cue events with
on-screen controls or with remote GPI control. It provides
user-defined, hot-standby events that can instantly be put on-air for
smooth transitions in and out of live coverage.
Delivery Manager has a user-configurable window that graphically
depicts the timeline. This provides an easy to understand, snapshot
view of all planned program and spot events including all associated
Secondary Events, such as GPIs, Logos, etc. User-definable timing
displays are linked to your house reference and let you countdown any
individual or group of user-specified events on the fly. It also lets
you quickly determine frame accurate timing and make seamless
adjustments to the on-air playlist up to the moment of air.
