Broadcast Engineer
This position travels to customer sites to assist in carrying out a complete installation of VCI Solutions products and services including consultation services, customer needs analysis, installation and training of software, and training of customers in both classroom and individual settings. When not at a customer site, the individual will provide support to clients via telephone and the internet.  Position requires the ability to travel 60% - 90%.  Bachelor’s degree and broadcast industry knowledge preferred.  Training and /or teaching software applications and accounting knowledge a plus.

Product Support Analyst (Springfield, MA)
Provides first line of service contact for all customer inquires (phone/email/fax/Support Self Service-SSS) regarding VCI Solutions business system applications.Must provide customer support, troubleshooting and training on product functionality.  Candidates must have solid technical skills of operating systems and office products,excellent customer service, written and verbal skills, and problem solving abilities. Bachelor’s degree preferred, Microsoft Office and Help Desk certification a plus. Minimum of 1yrs experience in Broadcasting or a Help Desk environment.  Position based in Springfield, MA.

Quality Engineering Analyst (Springfield, MA)
This position performs regression, functional, stability and performance testing of software to certify quality and adherence to specifications. Applicants must have Quality Assurance knowledge, two years experience and a Bachelor’s degree. Skills must include the ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously, strong analytical and critical thinking skills and proficiency in Microsoft Operating Systems.

Sr. Software Engineers (Springfield, MA and Austin, TX)
Our Software Engineering team is looking for a number of individuals to develop web/UI front end for VCI’s applications to the media enterprise market. These positions require 5 – 7 years in UI development with Microsoft Tools, BSCS/MSCS and technical certification preferred as well as knowledge in C#, Web Services, ASP.NET 1.0-2.0, C++, COM, COM+, ADO.NET, SQL, SOAP and SQL Server 2000/2005.
