Customer Support
The Support Department provides support to end users on a variety of issues. They handle all incoming client calls and emails, whether for a training issue, or for a software/hardware question. Customer Relations Representatives keep in constant contact with our clients enabling them to act as their advocate within VCI. |
General & Administration (G&A)
The G&A Department is responsible for all daily accounting of receivables, payables, budgets, and preparing financial statements. The G&A Department also oversees the administrative support to the office through reception and the administration of all other business details.
Human Resource Development
The Human Resource Development Department is responsible for employee development and counseling through performance improvement. HR is also responsible for administering policies & procedures, recruiting, hiring, payroll, benefits, and insurances.
Implementation
The Implementation Department is responsible for training clients at their locations, managing conversions, doing business analysis and consulting. They also perform live log production and reconciliations, SalesDesk training, A/R training for billing, cash receivables, and documentation. |

Network Services
The Network Services Department supports hardware and networking issues, both internally and for our clients. Network Services is also responsible for configuring and maintaining our organizational network, for designing and supporting server systems, and for installing and supporting our software on networks at new clients sites.
Quality Assurance (QA)
The QA Department is responsible for test plans, documentation, and testing new software releases through the use of automated testing procedures and processes. QA is also responsible for the approval of the Orion releases for distribution.

Sales & Marketing
The Sales & Marketing Department is responsible for establishing client. Sales & Marketing is also responsible for collecting market information, producing promotional material, trade shows, and the VCI Client Conference.

Senior Management
Provides the strategic vision, overall management and leadership of VCI. In addition, they oversee business planning, financial, and operations management at VCI.
Software Development
The Software Development Department is responsible for reviewing, analyzing, and modifying programming systems including encoding, testing, debugging, and documenting programs. They are also responsible for new projects and supporting software applications.
| Training
The Training Department designs and develops training courses both online and real time for customers and employees. The training department ensures that knowledge is shared and updated.
